The next event is the IQPC Information Governance and eDisclosure Summit in London from 14 to 16 May.
Chris Dale's own focus, as you would expect, is on the Jackson reforms with particular reference to eDisclosure. He is moderating a panel which includes a judge, a solicitor, a barrister and a provider, and moderating the judicial panel. Professor Richard Susskind gives a keynote speech. Between them, the sessions cover many aspects of disclosure for civil litigation and regulatory investigations.
