International Discovery

The term "international e-discovery" has two connotations - the rules and practice in parallel jurisdictions, and cross-border discovery. The aim is to cover both here, in due course, starting with sections on each separate jurisdiction.

Most material emanates from and relates to the US. As a starting point, I recommend the eDiscovery Reading Room run by The Posse List both for itself and its links and because it copies and archives the Weekly Top 10 E-Discovery Articles produced by Rob Robinson of Orange Legal Technologies.

I will gradually supplement this section, both as to the US and as to other common law jurisdictions which require discovery of documents.
